Connect with other moms of babies ages 0-1 year for weekly 1 hour meetings. This workshop will provide you with essential resources, effective strategies to navigate stress with concrete information to help you to transition to motherhood gently in a non judgmental and supportive space. You can come with or without your baby. You can sign up to one or all four weeks.

Each week we will cover different topic:
Week 1 : Transitioning into motherhood gently. Feeling overwhelmed? Looking for concrete tips and support? Get plenty of holistic techniques that will help you to develop resilience to overcome .
Week 2 : Taking charge: Discovering the magic of routines. Learn simple stress management and practical techniques to bring clarity, stability productivity in your daily schedule.
Week 3 : Investing in yourself: prioritizing your fitness and health. Learn therapeutic & simple stretches, pelvic floor rehalibitation, ways to gradually build your stamina and core after birth - long-term investment!
Week 4 : Falling in love again: reinventing your relationship as parents. The dynmamic with your partner naturally shifts when you have one or more children. Learn ways to reinvent your love and partnership life.
