PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES
Shahar's prenatal Yoga classes have earned her a revered reputation among her clients and colleagues. Her classes are unique in their pairing of physical challenges with grounding and emotional stabilization exercises. You will be able to design a routine appropriate for your pregnant body and mind and it will boost you with confidence inside and out. This class is open to all levels.

Postnatal Project is a combination of postnatal yoga and emotional support for women in their first year postpartum. In this group, you will have the opportunity to explore any physical or emotional topics that you might have such as mood changes, back-to-work challenges, sex after birth, functional movement and much more. In addition, postnatal will help you to regain your strength and flexibility after birth efficiently with sequences that can be done with little ones in tow. This class is an opportunity to meet other moms, recharge you with energy and develop simple routine that can be done at home or at work.
